The Mysterious Traveler II

Lucy dressed quickly, pulling on a pair of white cotton shorts and a tank top over a pair of sexy satin and lace panties that she’d splurged on. At the last minute, she decided to go braless. Perhaps she’d find male company, she smiled at the thought, she might have to give him something to look at for breakfast. She opened the door and closed it behind her, one last glance at his bed, where her little gift awaited his discovery. The thought of it made her pulse race and her clit ache. She smiled. It was in this sexy, slightly saucy mood that Lucy walked down the small flight of stairs and out into the shaded courtyard. She sighed in delight as she saw the deep blue sky and a little red bird perched on top of the wall covered with a dark green vine with huge purple flowers. A sweet fragrance drifted up from the sun-warmed wall. Three tables were arranged beneath the tiled roof, sheltered from both rain and sun. The man from the previous night was installed at one, the table piled with papers, calculator and a cup of coffee on a saucer. Just to the left of the stairs, Lucy saw a counter with a coffee pot surrounded by a stack of cups and saucers, and a small outdoor kitchen with an electric frying pan and a hot plate. The kitchen looked deserted. A Spanish and English language menu hung from the wall. Her eyes scanned it quickly as she reached for a coffee cup and poured a cup of the steamy fragrant brew. She took a sip, savoring the delicious flavor. She wandered over to the hammock hanging near the vine covered wall and sniffed a purple flower. It smelled heavenly. She turned and surveyed the tables, trying to decide whether to eat alone. Brian sat at a table and sipped his coffee, lost in thought. Then he sat back, stretched, and looked up at Lucy. He smiled brightly as his eyes met hers, and Lucy felt the same sense of deja vous as she’d had the night before. Then she felt his eyes traveling down her body and felt herself begin to blush, but the look in his eyes was one of pure admiration and not at all lecherous. Lucy noted the genuine smile and felt herself relax as she strode over to his table. He arose and bowed slightly to her, gesturing her to sit in the seat opposite his. They both sat down.
“Hola, Senora Lucy. Como esta?”
“Muy bien,” Lucy smiled. “ Thanks to your loan of a bed. I need to repay you for your hospitality. Can I get you some more coffee?”
“You’re not going to get off that easily,” He smiled back at her. “Would you care to join me for breakfast? Or is there someone else you’re waiting for? A Mr…?”
His look at her ring told Lucy he both respected and was intrigued about her. She found his attention flattering.
“I’d love to join you. And, no, unfortunately Mr. is not with me on this trip. He’s holding down the fort and taking care of the kids. I usually go to Vegas with my girlfriends, but this year I thought I’d do something completely different. It’s really quite beautiful here, isn’t it?”
Lucy gazed again at the garden walls and the red flowers blooming against the warm stone wall.
“Nothing like a warm day in Costa Rica to chase away the midwinter blues. Yes, it can be quite lovely here, quite lovely, indeed.” He observed, smiling as his eyes wandered from her eyes to her breasts and back again. Lucy felt her nipples tighten and her skin flush slightly. He was smooth, and he knew it.
“Have you decided on what you’d like for breakfast? I have.”
Lucy coughed as she choked on her coffee. She’d swear he was openly flirting with her. She set her cup and saucer down, taking the napkin he offered and coughing again, cleared her throat. She picked up the cup again, slowly taking another sip.
“Eggs sound good. Con gusto? My high school Spanish was far too long ago to remember even how to order something as simple as breakfast,” Lucy confessed.
“No worries, it would be my pleasure to order for us both. I need to practice my Spanish.”
He excused himself from the table and wandered over to the outdoor counter with the coffee pot. A middle-aged woman, the one Lucy had seen sweeping the patio earlier was puttering around in the kitchen. She turned and smiled at him, picking up a small paper tablet she held her pencil to it.
“Buenos dias, senor Brian. ¿Qué puedo cocinar para usted?”
“Buenos dias. La Senora quisiera huevos con jamon y tomate y queso, por favor. Quisiera igual. ¿Usted también nos conseguiría una placa de la tostada y jugo?”
"Mucho gusto, Senor.” The woman answered, smiling as she looked from Brian to Lucy and shook her head.
“Tenga cuidado, ella es muy hermoso, Senor Brian.”
The woman turned, smiling and started cracking eggs into a bowl. Brian picked up the coffee pot and walked back to the table. He shook his head, mulling over the comment the older woman had left him with. ‘Careful indeed…’ He poured Lucy another cup, topped his off and returned the pot to the warmer, before sitting down.
“I thought I was supposed to repay you.” Lucy observed. “And here you are taking care of me again.”
She smiled as she sipped her coffee, watching his brown eyes sparkle, and he shrugged.
“Your company is more than repayment. What could be better than to enjoy a beautiful morning in the company of a woman as lovely as you?”
It was his turn to smile as Lucy blushed, and then they laughed.
“If I didn’t know better, Senor Brian, I’d say you were flirting with me.”
He shrugged. “And what better way to see you blush than to pay you an honest comment.”
“Are you always this cheeky in the morning, or is it just my lucky day?”
“I’m usually surly and dour. You’re just lucky to have found me in Costa Rica, any other time I’d probably bite….” He raised his eyebrows, snapped his teeth and smiled, and they both laughed again. Then his eyes held hers a moment and Lucy wondered just how it would feel to have certain parts of her body bitten. She felt her skin grow warm again as her skin betrayed her thoughts. He smiled again, and nodded, as if he’d read her mind. He had a quick wink, and when he looked at her mouth she wondered what he was thinking.
“So…”, she said, spreading out the napkin in her lap.
“So… He sipped his coffee, his eyes tracing the thin strap of her top, and then down her arm to her hand. She felt his eye linger a moment too long on her breasts. She knew her nipples were showing, and she wondered if he knew she’d gone braless deliberately. It made her feel sexy, and a little brazen. She looked up at him and smiled. His eyes were brown with little gold flecks that sparkled in the light. Then he reached across the table and took her hand and raised it to his lips. He lightly brushed them across the back of her hand. Lucy felt her stomach doing somersaults. And then her heart nearly stopped as he ran his nose along her knuckles, inhaled deeply, and then kissed her hand again and then smiled at her. This was turning into a morning to remember…
